Candi Kenney

Candi Kenney is a Recruiting and Human Resources leader who has over 20 years of experience with companies such as Clari, Nuance Communications, UserTesting and Cengage Learning. She recently co-founded CareerlyLAB, a company that provides coaching to empower leaders to succeed at work and in life. CareerlyLAB was built on the belief that coaching should be available for every leader at any stage of their career. Candi has a passion for helping others, social justice and giving back. She was a Girl Scout leader for 18 years and was awarded Volunteer of the Year and Leader of the Year. She's led fundraising efforts for St. Lawrence Academy, Girl Scouts as well as other non profits. Candi strongly believes that mental health is for everyone and the current structure for accessing mental health care isn’t working.

Candi lives in San Jose with her husband and two dogs. She enjoys spending time with her three adult daughters and her grandson. Other passions include travel, hockey and finding adventure in everyday life.
