'"Sometimes even to live is an act of courage. -Lucius Annaeus Seneca"

As a mental health clinician, I value creating harmony between physical, emotional, and social wellness while fostering an environment that instills hope, empowerment, and mutual collaboration with the individuals I work with. Historically, I have a background working with populations who have experienced complex trauma, physical and intellectual disabilities, neurodivergence, human trafficking, suicidality, financial hardship, and eating disorders. In my interactions with my clients I take a person-centered and humanistic approach and seek to implement creative therapeutic strategies to meet them in a safe and accessible psychological space. I integrate multiple therapeutic orientations, including ACT, mindfulness, psychodynamic, positive psychology, and gestalt theories. I find it valuable to have a fusion of orientations in order to fit the needs and goals of the specific individual receiving therapy.

Now that you're familiar with me professionally, personally I enjoy long hikes with my dog, reading historical fiction novels, traveling internationally, being adventurous with food experiences, and cycling.
