Welcome to Lomi Psychotherapy Clinic

Life brings challenges that can feel overwhelming — grief, anxiety, trauma, depression, or a sense of being stuck. In these moments, working with a skilled and compassionate psychotherapist can make a meaningful difference. At Lomi, we offer a space where you are deeply listened to and find compassion, and are supported in finding new ways to meet life’s difficulties.

Through mindful, body-centered psychotherapy, we help restore balance, safety, and hope — honoring the wisdom of the whole person: mind, body, and spirit.

Therapy at Lomi can help you:

  • Develop emotional intelligence and self-awareness

  • Learn effective, embodied communication skills

  • Explore radical acceptance and self-compassion

  • Recover from trauma and reestablish a sense of safety

  • Work skillfully with anxiety and depression

  • Clarify values and reconnect with meaning and purpose

  • Open to the presence and integration of the full self
