Mindfulness Meditation

Meditation for the Body, Heart, and Mind with Thomas Pope, LMFT
Thursday Evenings, 6:30pm – 8:00pm
In-person and Zoom options

Mindfulness is a practice of simply being awake in the present moment to the experience of life as it occurs, anchoring attention through awareness of breath and body. Mindfulness helps develop an attitude of curiosity, compassion, and acceptance to whatever arises. From ancient times, spiritual and healing traditions around the world have taught the value of living with this kind of presence. Today modern science, medicine, and psychology are beginning to understand its importance in promoting health and living a satisfying life.

These evenings of mindfulness are offered for both beginners and seasoned meditators.

Fee by Donation. Any amount will be gratefully received.
