Rossana Hart

Rossana Hart’s professional background blends high-level corporate strategy with a deep commitment to mental health and wellness. During her tenure as a Senior Merchandise Planner at Macy’s West, Rossana managed a multi-million dollar sales portfolio and earned multiple Presidential Achievement awards for her excellence in strategic growth and operational oversight. Her global leadership experience also includes key roles at Gap International, where she optimized multi-market sales across Europe and Asia and led large-scale personnel training initiatives. Following a successful corporate career, Rossana transitioned into her true calling as a psychotherapist, founding Hart Therapy and Counseling.  As a therapist her view of mental health is humanistic, spiritual and mindfulness based, primarily using techniques adapted from psychodynamic, somatic and the evidence-based approaches of cognitive behavioral theory.  

Rossana is thrilled to contribute her expertise in organizational health and interpersonal dynamics to support Lomi’s mission of providing accessible, heart-centered care to the community.
