Shannon Marinkovich serves as Administrative Director at Lomi Psychotherapy Clinic, where she oversees non-clinical operations and fiscal management while supporting the organization’s mission of accessible, high-quality mental health care. She earned her Master of Arts in Psychology, graduating Summa Cum Laude in 2025, and is a dedicated, long-standing member of the Lomi team.

With over 25 years of experience in both nonprofit and for-profit settings, Shannon brings a deeply client-centered approach to her work. At Lomi, she plays an integral role in supporting clients throughout their care journey—from intake and onboarding to navigating services across Lomi’s diverse programs. She collaborates closely with clinical staff, contributes to program development, and ensures that systems and operations remain aligned with the needs of the community. Her work is grounded in compassion, accessibility, and a strong commitment to improving the client experience.

In addition to her administrative leadership, Shannon actively contributes to the broader Lomi community through program support, training participation, and organizational development. She also serves as Secretary on the Board of Directors of Lomi Psychotherapy Clinic.

Outside of her professional life, Shannon enjoys staying active through hiking, kayaking, and golfing, and finds balance through journaling, meditation, and creative arts. She lives with her husband, her Dachshund Henry, and two horses, who all keep her busy.
