Greetings, my name is Jerome Cleland. I believe that each person has an innate capacity for growth, healing, and meaningful change. As an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist, I strive to create a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel seen, heard, and accepted as you are. I work with individuals, young adults, and children, meeting each person with curiosity and respect for their unique experiences, strengths, and ways of making meaning in the world.

My name is Jerome Cleland (he/him), and I am an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist. I bring curiosity, warmth, and presence to the therapeutic relationship, with a belief that meaningful change begins with feeling genuinely seen and understood. My work with children, young adults, and individuals, has taught me to honor each person’s unique story, strengths, and ways of making sense of the world. 

In our work together, I invite curiosity and compassion as we explore what is happening in your life, both in the present moment and within the larger context of your relationships and experiences.  I draw from a variety of modalities to help clients become more aware of their thoughts, emotions, bodily experiences, and patterns of relating. 

I believe therapy is a collaborative process. Rather than approaching you as someone who needs to be fixed, I see our work as an opportunity to discover and strengthen the resources and wisdom you already carry within you. My role is not to tell you who you should be, but to accompany you as you develop a deeper understanding of yourself, reconnect with your strengths, and discover new ways of relating to yourself and the people around you.

In my personal time, I reconnect with self through beekeeping, ocean kayaking, nature, music, and my deepest appreciate for family and friends.
