Kim Bailey, AMFT
Associate Marriage & Family Therapist
I take a person-centered approach to therapy grounded in humanistic and existential perspectives. The foundation of my work is creating a warm, welcoming, and safe space where clients feel heard and supported. I believe that meaningful change happens through authentic connection and a therapeutic relationship built on trust, curiosity, and compassion.
My approach to therapy is collaborative. I work with clients to explore their experiences, challenges, and strengths while supporting greater self-awareness and emotional understanding. The goal is to help clients build skills that support wellbeing, resilience, and healthier relationships.
In my work, I integrate somatic mindfulness, creative interventions, attachment theory, and emotion-focused therapy. Therapy is tailored to each client’s unique needs, recognizing that every person’s story and path toward healing are different.
I strive to create a supportive environment where clients can reflect, grow, and reconnect with their inner strengths.
