Welcome to LOMI! I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee, completing my last semester at Sonoma State's Master's in Counseling program. I have experience working with anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, and trauma. I offer a safe and accepting space free from judgment.

I practice through a person-centered, inclusive, mindfulness-based, and culturally aware lens, working with people of all ages. I am also a native Spanish speaker, fluent in both Spanish and English. I look forward to helping you navigate your challenges.

¡Bienvenido a LOMI! Soy un terapeuta matrimonial y familiar en prácticas, y estoy completando mi último semestre en el programa de Maestría en Asesoramiento de Sonoma State. Tengo experiencia en el tratamiento de la ansiedad, el trastorno obsesivo-compulsivo, la depresión y el trauma. Ofrezco un espacio seguro y acogedor, libre de juicios.

Trabajo con todas las edades desde una perspectiva centrada en la persona, inclusiva, basada en la atención plena y culturalmente consciente. También soy hispanohablante nativa y fluente tanto en español como en inglés. Espero poder ayudarle a superar sus retos.
