Rachel Dietsche

Registered Psychological Associate

I have experience supporting a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, older adults, individuals who have experience Traumatic Rrain Injuries (TBI), Complex Trauma, and LGBTQ+ community. My practice is rooted in a person-centered, Rogerian approach, emphasizing active listening, unconditional positive regard, validation, and empathy. This foundation enables me to create a supportive, nurturing environment that promotes personal growth and healing. As a proud Sonoma County transplant, I have actively contributed to the community through my work with Buckelew Programs, Aurora Hospital, Russian River Counselors, and Sonoma County Behavioral Health.

When I am not working the service of my community, I enjoy exploring Sonoma County’s natural beauty and spending quality time with my family and friends - values I hold dear. To me, family encompasses both those we are born into and those we choose, emphasizing the importance of connection and community.
