Rudolph “Rudy” Tescallo

Associate Marriage & Family Therapist

Hey there, my name is Rudy and I have 10 years of experience in the
mental health profession. My style is centered on mindfulness based
stress reduction. I use a somatic lens, meaning I work primarily with
the body, and I also offer nature therapy (weather permitting). My
prior work as a counselor involved sexual education, I can assist you
untangle any shortcomings/traumas experienced in that realm. Other
prior work involved helping multiple people in family systems, foster
agency, and drug rehabilitation. I can provide you and or your loved
ones with guidance on how to deal with the intricacies of overcoming
the many different struggles life tends to bring us.

Specialization: Currently I am most excited about helping
couples/intimate partners navigate the ruptures and repairs needed to
move into a healthy relationship. Please reach out if you are married,
or are in a non-monogamous relationship.

Therapeutic Approach - Always collaborative and rooted in respect. I
honor each person’s strengths, resilience and lived experience. I know
you are the expert of your life, and I’m here to help you make more
sense of it. My therapy office is a space of empowerment where clients
explore, heal and grow. I know therapy is successful when a client
asks to end the therapy due to feelings of empowerment.
