Hi there, my name is Timo (they/he) and I’m looking forward to meeting you!
I believe that therapy is a deeply personal and transformational process - a radical choice to honour your own healing path, and a courageous step on your journey. My goal is to hold a safe space for us to remain grounded, present, and curious. I am here to listen and work with you to deconstruct both outward and inner challenges at a gentle pace.
I see personal healing and collective well-being as deeply connected. My holistic approach is to join you in uncovering the whole picture of who you are, your story, your identities, and how you move through the world. We might look at the different parts of your personality, explore your dreams, use art, or gently tune into what you are feeling in your body when words aren't quite enough. We will also discover practical tools to help you navigate difficult moments, including mindfulness and grounding techniques.
I welcome children and adults as well as families, couples and polycules. I am especially passionate about affirming LGBTQIA+, neurodiverse and immigrant experiences. I support clients navigating a wide range of experiences, including depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, substance use, relationship struggles, and major life transitions, as well as those exploring their gender and sexuality.
Outside the therapy room, I stay grounded through insight meditation, spending time outdoors, and returning again and again to the sea. Having lived many lives and called several countries home, I deeply appreciate the messy, beautiful complexity of being human. I look forward to welcoming you exactly as you are.
