Marriage & Family Therapist Trainee
As a Master’s level therapist intern, I bring an integrated, client-centered approach to the individuals and communities we serve. I view each person holistically, honoring the unique emotional, psychological, and social dimensions that shape their experience. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients from all walks of life can feel seen, heard, and empowered.
I am passionate about helping people build resilience and develop a deeper sense of self-efficacy as they navigate life’s transitions and challenges. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, or simply seeking a greater understanding of yourself, I am committed to walking alongside you in your healing journey with care, curiousity, and compassion.
