Sharon Caplan
Marriage & Family Therapist Trainee
I believe that every person holds within them the potential for growth, healing, and meaningful change. My approach to therapy is rooted in a humanistic orientation, which emphasizes compassion, authenticity, and respect for your unique journey. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgemental space where you can explore your experiences, reconnect with your strengths, and move toward greater self-understanding and fulfillment.
Alongside my humanistic framework, I integrate psychodynamic insights to help uncover how past relationships and experiences may shape your current patterns, emotions and challenges. By bringing greater awareness to these connections, you can begin to free yourself from old cycles and build healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.
