Welcome to Lomi! I am an MFT Trainee completing my MA at Sonoma State University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I offer a space to help you develop your strengths and gain insight into patterns that may be keeping you from realizing your potential. It would be an honor to walk with you on a journey to explore your values, your relational world, and the meaning of your experience. Although examining your emotional experience may at times be painful, I hope to support you in learning from it in a way that nurtures self-awareness and catalyzes positive change.

With two prior MA degrees in Buddhist Classics and Early Chinese Philosophy as well as a background in contemplative practices, my therapeutic approach is informed by psychodynamic and ancient wisdom approaches to healing. I am fluent in English and Mandarin with basic Spanish proficiency.
