Darcy Harmon

Marriage & Family Therapist Trainee

My name is Darcy Harmon and I am an MFT Trainee and Master’s student at Dominican University. Before beginning my work as a therapist, I have spent the past ten years as a music therapist supporting neurodivergent children and adults, as well as children in foster care.

As your therapist it is my goal to create a judgement free space that feels safe, empowering, and affirming. I know it takes courage to let someone into your story, and I welcome your feedback along the way to help ensure our work together feels supportive and truly centered on you.

In therapy, I draw from attachment theory, psychodynamic, and humanistic approaches. My goal is to create a warm, collaborative space where you feel understood and empowered. I believe healing happens through connection, and I invite curiousity and self-exploration as we work together toward growth and new awareness.
