Marriage & Family Therapist Trainee

My name is Stephan (he/him). I am a Marriage & Family Therapist Trainee at Lomi and a student at the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS). I bring warmth, presence, and deep listening to the therapeutic relationship. My path has been shaped by twenty years as a nurse walking alongside people through illness, dying, new beginnings, and profound life transitions. My contemplative practice supports a holistic view of healing that honors the interconnection of body, mind, heart, and spirit.

In our work together, I invite authenticity and connection in the here and now. I draw from psychodynamic, humanistic, and mindfulness-based approaches, while holding a trauma-informed, client-centered, and liberatory lens. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and welcome people of all identities and life experiences.
